The Chargefox Product team has released a new version of the Chargefox mobile app. Read on to see learn more about what changes are in this release.
These features are now available to all drivers who are using the most recent version of the Chargefox iOS or Android app.
What changes are in this release?
Leaving a message when charging
When you are charging, we will now show an option to Leave a message for other drivers. If you select the dropdown, we will give you the option to share an estimated time you expect you’ll need to charge their vehicle.
You can update the expected charge time during the session.
The message then appears on the location details screen under the port in use, with the expected charge time required.
Other drivers who see this message cannot interact with it.
Once you stop charging, the message will clear on the location detail screen.

Deleting a credit card linked to your account
To delete a credit card, you will simply need to navigate to My Profile → Payment methods and click Delete.
If you delete your credit card from the app, you will not be able to charge your vehicle until a new payment method is added - this applies to app and RFID cards.
How do I access this new feature(s)?
Download the most recent version of the Chargefox app via the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
