What changes are in this release?

We have recently retired park time as a value in our database to migrate to our new idle time calculator.

Idle time measures the same metric as park time - how long someone remains plugged in for after charging - but uses a more precise calculation.

This does not have any impact in terms of what drivers experience at a charging station but there are some changes to reporting in the Site Host Portal that are mentioned below.

Which reports and/or dashboards have changed?

The following reports and dashboards will now report idle time as the metric to measure how long someone is parked for (where it previously referenced park time).

• Site Host Dashboard
• Site Host Usage Summary
• Site Host Insights

Idle time will now also show on any exportable reports from the Site Host Portal in place of park time.

Are there any other changes that I should know about as a site host?

If any of your charging stations have idle fees enabled, we will now use idle time as a value to calculate how long they are idling for.

The driver experience will remain the same.
