After signing up to the Chargefox app, you'll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you used to sign up.
You'll need to click through the link in order to verify your email before using Chargefox.
I didn't receive an email
- Check your spam folder, it may have ended up there; or if you still can't find the email,
- Tap any station in the Chargefox app, tap into details and tap Unlock or Start on any charge station. On the pop up, tap send email again.
