How can my fleet drivers start charging on the Chargefox network?

If you have a fleet of EVs that you’d like to connect to the Chargefox network, get in touch with our team to get your organisation set up on Chargefox. 

Once your organisation is setup, there are a few steps to enabling your drivers to charge. 

1. Enter the vehicle information to Chargefox via the portal
2. Order and activate RFIDs for your drivers to use 

Once your vehicles and RFIDs are activated in the Chargefox portal, you are ready to distribute your cards to your drivers and enable them to start charging! 

How to charge with an RFID (for drivers)

To start charging:

Step 1. Swipe the Chargefox RFID card on the station you wish to use

Step 2. If using your own cable, connect it to the station first

Step 3. Plug the cable into your car and start charging

To stop charging: 

Step 1. Swipe the same RFID card on the station to stop charging

Step 2. Unplug the cable and shut the port cover securely

Note: please do not add the RFID number to the Chargefox app, as this will link the RFID to your personal account rather than the fleet organisation. Unfortunately, RFIDs cannot be reassigned once linked to an account.
