I can’t find the charger in the app, but I am physically in front of the station

Chargers that are available for public use are visible in the app. If the charger is not visible in the app, then it may be a private charger or a charger that is still being commissioned and not available for use. Stations can be in commissioning phase for days or sometimes weeks.
