We’re excited to announce a new Chargefox mobile app feature - Customer Experience Score (or CX Score for short)! This will allow you to give us a rating for every charge session you experience using Chargefox.
We released this feature because we love to hear what we’re doing well and what we can do better over here at Chargefox. Giving us a CX Score is as simple as a few taps after you finish your charge session. Read on to learn how.
How to provide a rating
When you are on the You’re good to go! screen after you’ve finished charging or go to the charge invoice screen, you’ll now see some stars at the bottom with a prompt to Rate this session. All you need to do is hit what star rating you want to provide, and your rating will be sent to us.
However, we want to get as much information about why you gave us that rating as possible to ensure we improve for next time (or keep doing what we’re doing!), so after you select your stars we give you the option to share more including adding a reason for your rating and a comment.
If you don't want to share more, you can simply close the window.
When you click Select reason for your rating, we’ll provide a dropdown menu that gives you the option to select a specific reason. None of these fit the description of your feedback? No worries! You can also add a comment by typing in your feedback in the Your Comment section and hitting Submit.
You can update your star rating at this screen, should you wish to. When adding a reason, comment or updating your rating please make sure you hit Submit so your changes are saved!
Additionally, you can view or edit your rating on the charge invoice screen for past sessions or sessions that you have already rated.
Any feedback you provide gets sent directly to the Chargefox Product team, so we know what is most important to you when considering future improvements to the charging experience using the Chargefox app.
We have already received thousands of reviews in the couple of months since we’ve launched this feature but we’d love to hear from even more of you! So please don’t hesitate to share feedback with us using this new feature.
