The Chargefox Product team has released a new version of the Chargefox mobile app where users can now add or edit their charge session rating via the charge history screen. We’ve also shipped some other improvements and bug fixes.
This mobile release is now available to all drivers who are using the most recent version of the Chargefox iOS or Android app.

What changes are in this release?
Previously, drivers could only provide a rating from their session on the charge session complete screen. Although we received a lot of great feedback through this function, we observed that some drivers would prefer to leave a rating at a later point after their session has ended.
In response to this feedback, we have now provided the ability for a driver to add or edit their rating on when viewing an invoice from a previous charge session. To try this out for yourself, click the menu icon on the top-left corner of the app and then navigate to Charge history. From there, you should be able to select any previous charge session invoice and add or edit a rating.
In addition, this release also includes:
- A fix where the idle fees amount was not showing in the help screen
- An update to the ‘time since session started’ feature in the last release to restrict the maximum charge time displayed to More than 10 hours
- A fix where the idle fees help icon on the location drawer was showing an error
