Fleet managers can track the charging sessions of their Fleet vehicles.
Track Fleet charging
Once your Fleet EV vehicles are set up on the Chargefox platform and charging with RFID cards, you can track their charging sessions using the Chargefox Fleet portal.
Access usage data
After logging in via https://app.chargefox.com/users/sign_in, you’ll land on your 'Usage report' page. Alternatively, click 'Fleet' in the top navigation bar, then select 'Fleet report'.
At the top of the table, there are a number of filters you can use to find the data you're looking for. Set From and To dates to select a date range. Use the Fleet dropdown to select which fleet you’d like to view data for.
The page will load the time, location, duration, usage (in kWh) and cost of the charging sessions performed by your Fleet vehicles, as well as the amount of CO2 abated for each session, and overall.
Download your data
To download your dataset in CSV format, simply click the 'Download details' link at the top right of the screen. If you're downloading a large amount of data, we may send your CSV directly to the email address you've logged in with.
