Baseline eligibility criteria
This document lists hardware that is supported for use on the Chargefox platform.
We undertakes a rigorous evaluation of all chargers before considering their eligibility for the Chargefox platform.
We enforce these minimum standards to ensure consistency across all new hardware that interfaces with our platform.
Our evaluation priorities are:
- Maintaining a consistent charging experience and high availability on the Chargefox platform
- Supporting remote diagnostic and firmware management features to support the ongoing operation of a station
- Seamless operation during simulated network communication faults
- Access to local parts, maintenance support processes, and the capacity to manage new firmware releases across their fleet of chargers.
The best way to have hardware reviewed for consideration is through an existing sales channel.
Approved hardware
The following hardware types have been tested and are available to use on the Chargefox platform. Where other hardware models are available from a manufacturer already listed, approval is a reasonably high likelihood given firmware is commonly shared across models. Reach out to us if you're not sure.

- Chargefox does not currently support any cloud-based LMS
