Learn how to order, activate and manage RFID cards for your Fleet vehicles.
Fleet drivers can use RFID cards to charge their vehicles at Chargefox stations nation-wide.
Follow these two steps to get your Fleet drivers set up:

- Activate RFIDs cards
Step 1. Order RFID cards for your Fleet
Here’s how to order RFID cards:
Email fleetsupport@chargefox.com. In the subject of the email, include "Request for fleet RFID cards"
Include the following information in the body of your email:
- Your name, role, organisation and contact information
- The number of RFID cards you need
- Where the RFID cards should be sent
- Additional email addresses you'd like us to keep updated on the progress of your order (optional)
We’ll be in touch within three working days, and should have your RFID cards in the post within five working days. Please allow up to five working days for delivery. We suggest you keep a reserve of RFID cards to account for processing and delivery time.
Step 2. Activate your RFID cards
Once you’ve received your RFID cards, you’ll need to activate them before your drivers can use them.
From the fleet portal, navigate to the 'Fleet vehicle' page by clicking Fleet > Vehicles in the top navigation bar.
From there, click the three-dot menu next to the vehicle you want to add an RFID card to. A modal will appear. Check that the vehicle details reflect the vehicle you wish to add a new RFID card to:
Enter your 6-digit RFID number into the 'RFID number' field.
Click the 'Add RFID' button to save the RFID card for the vehicle. The card is now activated and ready for use by your driver.
Note: You can also activate an RFID card as part of adding a vehicle to your fleet.
