Learn how to cancel a Fleet RFID card so it can no longer be used to charge.
Find the RFID card you want to cancel
In the Fleet portal, navigate to the 'Vehicle' page in the 'Fleet' menu.
Search for or filter your vehicle list to find the RFID card you want to cancel. Some vehicles may have more than one RFID card associated with them. Click on the RFID card that you want to cancel for that vehicle and click 'Cancel RFID'.
A 'Cancel RFID card' pop-up will appear. Double-check that the RFID card number displayed is the one you wish to cancel. Click the 'Cancel card' button to proceed. Or click the 'Keep card' button to return to your vehicle list.
Accidentally canceled the wrong RFID card?
Unfortunately RFID cards can't be re-enabled as they cannot to be re-used after they've been activated.
If you've accidentally canceled an RFID card that is currently in use, we suggest you order and activate a new RFID card and re-issue it to your driver.
If the driver is unable to charge in the mean time, we suggest advising the driver to call our support number on 1300 518 038 for assistance. Alternately, you can invite your Fleet driver to charge using the Chargefox app instead.
