Give your Fleet drivers access to a nation-wide network of charge stations by connecting your Fleet organisation to Chargefox.
Where do I start?
Get in touch with our team and we'll set up a Fleet account for you on the Chargefox platform.
Once you're set up, simply:
- Add Fleet vehicles in the Chargefox Fleet portal
- Order and activate Fleet RFID cards for your drivers to use
Once your RFID cards are active, simply distribute them to your drivers so they can start charging. Fleet drivers will have access to all public stations on the Chargefox platform.
Charging with an RFID card
To start charging
- Locate the 'RFID' symbol on the station you wish to use
- Tap or swipe your RFID card against the symbol
- Refer to the station display for any special instructions
- Plug the cable into your vehicle and start charging
To stop charging:
- Tap or swipe the same RFID card on the station's RFID symbol to stop charging
- Unplug the cable and shut the port cover on your vehicle securely
Charging with the Chargefox app
Some Fleet drivers may prefer to use the Chargefox app to charge. You can invite drivers to use the Chargefox app instead of an RFID card if you'd prefer.
Note: please do not add RFID numbers directly to the Chargefox app, as this will link them to a personal account rather than the Fleet organisation to which the vehicle belongs. RFID numbers are unique and cannot be reassigned once linked to an account.
