Instructions on how to remove an RFID from your account.
Step-by-step instructions
To delete an RFID card using the Chargefox app:
- Login to the Chargefox app
- Tap the menu button (☰) in the top left of screen
- Choose My Profile
- Scroll down to RFID cards
- Tap Delete next to the card/s you wish to remove
- On the pop-up message tap Delete to confirm removal of the card
- This card will no longer have access to commence charging
