If you've forgotten your Chargefox password, you can easily reset it by following the steps below.
Step-by-step instructions
To reset your password using the Chargefox app:
- First, sign out of the app by tapping 'Sign out' from the app menu.
- From the app's main screen, tap 'Sign In'
- Tap 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your email address and tap 'Submit'
- If your email address is registered with us, we'll send you a link to reset your password. This may take a few minutes to arrive in your Inbox. Please also check your 'spam' or 'junk' folders.
Open the email and follow the instructions to create your new password.
