What to do if your RFID card order hasn't arrived
If you ordered a card and it hasn't arrived
- Check that your order was successful, you should have received a confirmation email including the invoice for the transaction.
- If it has been less than a week, please be patient. Our orders are fulfilled weekly.
- If the above doesn't apply to your order, please submit a request through our contact form, including your order number and postal address so we can arrange a replacement.
