You'll need to verify your email address before you start charging.
Verified email required
After signing up to the Chargefox app, you'll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you used to sign up.
Click the link included in the email to verify your email address. Once you've verified your email, you can start using the Chargefox app to charge your vehicle.
I didn't receive an email
- Check your junk or spam folder, or
- Tap any map pin the Chargefox app, then navigate to the 'Location details' screen
- Tap 'Unlock' or 'Start' on any of the stations at that location
- A pop-up window will appear: tap 'send email again' to try again
