Chargefox offers the following services
- EV charger services
- Fleet vehicle management services
Our services help two types of customers:
- Site hosts who run public and private chargers
- Fleet operators who manage private fleet chargers and electric vehicles
Internet connection services
We can provide SIM cards and data plans to help your EV chargers connect to the internet. You decide if you want this service.
When we first set up your charger, we will agree on the details if you need SIM and data services. We may also discuss this at other times.
How we calculate fees
We charge daily rates for plug and data fees, which allows us to bill you for the exact days you use our services.
You will receive monthly bills after each month ends. The amount of your monthly bill may vary slightly because we calculate based on daily use.
Site host - public charger fees
The pricing below shows what you would pay per year, which is invoiced monthly. We calculate this using 365.25 days per year (this accounts for leap years).
Important: According to clause 2.3 of the Chargefox Site Host Terms and Conditions, Chargefox retains the End User Transaction Fee.
