Chargefox Vouchers let businesses purchase prepaid charging credit in bulk and distribute it to staff, customers, or partners. This article explains how to request vouchers, what happens after you submit your request, and how recipients redeem their voucher.
What are Chargefox Vouchers?
A Chargefox Voucher is a unique code with a set dollar value. Businesses choose the denomination (value per voucher) and quantity they need, and each voucher can be given to a recipient to redeem in their own Chargefox account.
Available denominations: $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $200, $500.
Voucher validity: each voucher is valid for 36 months from its date of issue.
How to request vouchers
- Complete the Chargefox Voucher Request Form.
- Choose a denomination from the available options ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $200 or $500) and specify the quantity of vouchers required at that denomination.
- Provide your business and billing contact details.
Minimum order value: the total value of your order (denomination × quantity) must be at least $1,000.
What happens after you submit the form
- Your request is reviewed by the Chargefox operations team.
- An invoice is issued to the contact details provided on the form, for the total value of the order.
- Payment is made via bank transfer / EFT, using the details on the invoice.
- Once payment has been received and confirmed, the vouchers are created and the unique voucher codes are sent by email to your nominated contact.

Redeeming a voucher
Once you've received your voucher codes, they can be shared with recipients (e.g. employees or customers). Each recipient can add their voucher to their own Chargefox account by following the steps in this guide:
