If your Chargefox RFID card has been lost, stolen, or you no longer need it, you can deactivate it directly through the Chargefox app.
If your Chargefox RFID card has been lost, stolen or you no longer need it, you can deactivate it directly through the Chargefox app. Deactivating the card removes it from your account and prevents it from being used to start charging sessions.
If your card has been lost or stolen, we recommend deactivating it as soon as possible. You can order a replacement RFID card through the app if needed.
How to deactivate your RFID card
- Open the Chargefox app
- Select the Settings tab
- Go to My profile
- Scroll down to RFID cards
- Tap Delete next to the card you want to deactivate
- Confirm that you want to delete the card
Once removed, the RFID card will no longer be able to start charging sessions using your account.
Need a replacement RFID card?
If your RFID card has been lost or stolen and you'd like a replacement, you can order a new RFID card through the Chargefox app.
