Optional $1.00 minimum
Station operations sometimes apply a minimum spend of $1.00 to their stations, which means that any session costing less that $1.00 will incur a $1.00 fee to the driver.
Example: the price of charging at Station 1234 is $0.20 per kWh. A driver consumes at 2.5kWh of charge: 2.5 * $0.20 = $0.50. The station has a minimum spend of $1.00, therefore the driver is issued an invoice of $1.00 for their 2.5kWh charge.
If a station has a minimum spend, it is displayed in the 'Location details' screen of the Chargefox app, in the 'Costs' section.
