When you've finished charging using the Chargefox app, you will see a session summary on your screen. We'll also send an invoice to your email address.
Tax invoice via email
Once your session is finished, Chargefox will send a tax invoice to the email address saved to your profile. Sometimes it can take a few minutes to arrive (and please check your junk / spam folder). Your tax invoice shows you all of the costs and benefits applied to your session.
You can also see your costs and invoice in the Chargefox app by navigating to the 'Charge history' section. You can also rate your session on this screen.
Idle fees
Should you incur idle fees, we will send a separate 'idle fee' invoice to your email address. You'll be able to see idle fees incurred for your session in the 'Charge history' section of the app.

As well as in the Chargefox app, you can also log in and access your 'Charge history' in the driver dashboard.
