Drivers can continue to use the Chargefox App while charging with simply closing the charging screen on the X button in the top right corner. They can always return to the session via the banner on the map.
How to close your charging screen
When charging the app lets your return to the map screen and all other functions without having to stop your current session.
This gives you the opportunity to continue your route planning and/or explore other things in the app.
Simply click the X button in the top right corner when a charge session is in progress and you will be taken back to the map screen.
Please note that you cannot start another session whilst you have active session in progress. To start a new session, you will need to return to the charging in progress screen and stop the session first.
How to go back to your session
To return back to charging in progress, either click View in the banner at the top of the map screen or tap the Charging button on the same station pin you used to start the session on.
