If you’ve logged into the Chargefox portal recently, you might have noticed a few new additions that help you manage your charge stations.
Updated usage report
The usage report has had a glow-up, now allowing you to filter and customise the session data you view right in the portal. Select the data that matters to you to get better insight into your charge station usage!
As part of this update, we've also made a couple of tweaks to the way the data is represented:
- You can now track charge session duration by the second
- The charging time snapshot on the top of the page now excludes parking time (you can view this
- You can view the peak and average charge rate per session
Driver ratings report
Did you know that drivers can rate their charge session in the app? You now can view and filter driver ratings and comments on the new Driver ratings report page in the app.
Simply navigate to Network > Driver ratings to see how drivers are rating their sessions at your stations. You can filter by date range and station and also download your report as a csv file.
Set public notes for stations
Want to notify drivers of specific conditions or instructions for your station, or add a notice when the station will undergo planned maintenance? You can can now set public notes for stations. Public notes appear in the location screen of the driver app, helping communicate important information directly to drivers before they arrive at your station. You can also schedule public notes to go live or be removed on specific dates.
Reset charge stations
You can now reset your charge stations directly through the portal when experiencing technical issues. This new feature offers two reset options: soft reset for minor connectivity issues, and hard reset for unresponsive stations. To access this feature, navigate to Network > Charge stations, select the station you want to reset, and click the 'Reset station' button.
