You can add your voucher in the 'My benefits' section of the Chargefox app.
How to activate your voucher
Ensure you have created an account and have the latest version of the Chargefox app.
Navigate to 'My benefits' and tap 'Add your voucher here'.
Enter your voucher code and tap 'Continue'.
Once your voucher is activated, it will show up in the 'My benefits' section of the Chargefox app. We'll also show you how much you have used and the expiry date.
How to redeem your voucher
When a voucher is valid and linked to your account, you will see a new banner on the 'Location details' screen that shows your remaining balance and whether the voucher is applicable at the station you're charging at. If you have multiple vouchers, the total balance will reflect all vouchers linked to your account.
After the charge session is complete, the 'You're good to go!' screen will show the amount redeemed against the voucher.
