In order to start a charge session you need to have added a credit card to your account.
Add a valid credit card
To charge your vehicle, you must have a valid credit card linked to your account. You can link a credit card in the 'My profile' section of the Chargefox app.
A linked credit card is required, even if you use an RFID card instead of the app.
You can see your payment method before you start a session. Each transaction will be charged against your selected payment method.
Minimum spend
Station operations sometimes apply a minimum spend of $1.00 to their stations, which means that any session costing less that $1.00 will incur a $1.00 fee. You will see this in the 'Costs' section of the station if it applies.
