How was your charging experience?
You can now provide feedback on your charge session directly within the Chargefox app. We use your feedback to help us and our partners improve your charging experience.
How to provide a rating
After you've finished charging, you'll see a 'Rate this session' section at the bottom of the 'You're good to go!' screen. You'll also see 'Rate this session' on the 'Invoice' screen. Simply tap a star to rate your experience.
After you've given your rating, you'll have the option of sharing more information about your charge session. Simply close the pop-up window if you don't want to share more: we'll still get your star rating.
Add a reason for your rating
When you click 'Select reason for your rating', you'll see a list of common topics that drivers provide feedback for. If you're not seeing a relevant topic or would like to provide more detail, add a comment in the 'Your Comment' section.
You can also update your star rating on this screen if you'd like. Tap 'Submit' to save your changes and send your feedback through to us.
You can also view or edit your rating on the 'Invoice' screen for sessions that you have rated in the past.
What happens to your feedback?
Your feedback is sent directly to the Chargefox Product team who refer to your ratings and comments when considering future improvements to the Chargefox app. Your ratings are also shared with the station owner to help them understand how their location is performing and identify opportunities to improve the charging experience for drivers. We've received thousands of reviews so far and we'd love to hear more!
