You can find your Charge Pack usage in the 'My benefits' section of the Chargefox app.
Viewing your usage
If you're using a Charge Pack, please see the steps below on how to view your usage:
- Open the Chargefox app
- Navigate to 'My benefits' and tap on the 'Discounts' tab
- Scroll down to 'Memberships'
In the 'Your Usage' section, you will see your current and remaining usage as well as the expiry date of your Charge Pack

How do I know if the Charge Pack covers my next charge?
The Charge Pack is set up to be applicable to all Chargefox stations (excluding partner stations).
If you are unsure if the discount will be applied, you can always check the 'Benefits' section on the location detail screen, before starting a session.
As long as there is a remaining balance available, it will show '100% off' next to the logo that the benefit is associated with. Once all the free kWh are used up the indicator will vanish and it will go back to using the stored payment methods for the session.
