Charging Subscriptions are a benefit that drivers can activate via the Chargefox mobile app. This article covers how to activate your Charging Subscription.
Create an account
In order to access your Charging Subscription, download the Chargefox app and login or create an account:
You'll need to link a payment method to your account before you can add your Charging Subscription. When your account is set up and you're ready to charge, a Charging Subscription can be added.
Activate your Charging Subscription

To activate your Charging Subscription, Tap the 3 lines at the top left of the app screen and open 'My profile'.

Navigate to 'Car Details'. From there, click 'Add Car'.
- Enter all car details including VIN and tap 'Submit'.
Subscription confirmed
Subscription details will display in Car details*.
Troubleshooting
VIN is already associated with an existing vehicle
If you've purchased a vehicle second hand or the the vehicle is an ex-demo model, the subscription may already be activated by the old owner. To add this to your account, please get in touch with us and provide proof of ownership.
Troubleshooting subscriptions: If a subscription discount does not appear in the details, contact your dealership or get in touch with us.
