Vouchers can not be used with other discounts or for Idle fees. It does not affect points earned for Everyday Rewards. You can add multiple vouchers to your account.
Will club discounts, charge packs and OEM subscriptions apply when using a voucher?
No. A Chargefox Voucher is not able to be used with any other offer, including a Motoring Club Discount or subscription provided by a car manufacturer. In the event that you attempt to use a Chargefox Voucher in conjunction with any other offer, the full amount will be deducted from an active voucher and discounts will not apply.
How long do I have to use a voucher?
Vouchers are valid for 36 months from issue date or when the voucher balance reaches $0.00 (whichever comes first).
What happens when the voucher expires?
Should your voucher expire or the voucher does not have a sufficient balance to cover the amount of the charging session, the balance remaining after the voucher applied will be charged to the payment method linked to your account.
Can I use my voucher to earn Everyday Rewards points?

Can I link multiple vouchers?
Yes, you can link more than one voucher at a time.
Can a voucher be used to pay for idle fees?
No. Vouchers will only cover the cost of the charge session. It will not pay for infringements like idle fees.
Can I use another payment method when a voucher is linked?
If a valid voucher is linked when charging at an eligible station - the voucher will always apply until it expires, is unlinked or the balance reaches $0.00.
