Charging Subscriptions are a benefit that drivers can activate via the Chargefox mobile app. This article covers how to activate your Charging Subscription.
If you sell your vehicle, you'll need to remove the vehicle details from your Chargefox account as soon as ownership has been transferred, or earlier if you would like to do so.
Once the vehicle has been removed, the new owner will be able to add the VIN to their own Chargefox account. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the VIN becomes available for activation by the new owner.
