As a Chargefox customer, you will enjoy benefits and discounts through our many benefit partners. Note that benefits apply to charging costs and are not applicable to idle fees.
What is a 'benefit'?
Chargefox customers enjoy benefits including discounts, vouchers and Reward points through our many benefit partners.
Discover benefits in the 'My benefits' section of the Chargefox app. Benefits are available to Australian Motoring Club members, as well as to owners of select EV makes and models.
You can also connect your Chargefox account with your Woolworths Everyday Rewards account to collect points for charging on selected Woolworth stations.
Note that benefits do not apply to idle fees
How do I know which benefit is applied to my session?
You'll see which benefit has been applied to your session on the 'Location details' screen of the Chargefox app. If a voucher is available, you will see it in the 'Payment method' section including your remaining balance.
You will see an Everyday Rewards logo in the 'Costs' section if the station is included in the Everyday Rewards program.
Chargefox vouchers
Benefit partners may also offer vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 3 years after activation and can be combined. You can add Chargefox vouchers to your account to cover your charging costs.
If the cost of your session is higher than the remaining balance of your applicable vouchers, we will use your stored payment method to cover the balance.
To add a voucher go to the 'My benefits' section of the Chargefox app and follow the prompts to add a voucher.
Note: when a voucher is active no other discounts are applied to a session

Membership discounts
Members of an Australian Automotive Club (AANT, NRMA, RAA, RAC, RACT, RACQ & RACV) can add their membership details to discount to receive 10-20% off on selected charge station.
Go to the 'My benefits section of the Chargefox app and add your membership details in the 'Discounts' tab. Find out more about membership discounts here.
Vehicle manufacturer discounts
Chargefox has partnered with vehicle manufactures to offer a discount as part of the purchase of selected EV makes and models. Specific discounts vary, however they often included 100% off at fast-charging charge station.
To add a vehicle manufacturer discount, navigate to the 'My profile' section of the Chargefox app and add your vehicle details including the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Collect Everyday Rewards points
Chargefox has partnered with Everyday Rewards and Woolworths so you can collect points while you charge at selected Woolworth stations. Simply link your Everyday Rewards Cards in the 'Rewards' section of the Chargefox app.
Everyday Rewards points are earned on the full cost of your charging session, regardless of any benefits, discounts or vouchers that may apply. Everyday Rewards points are not earned on idle fees.
