Troubleshooting
It may take up to a minute for the station to respond after you press 'stop', either in the Chargefox app or via the station itself.
If your charging session won't stop, try these steps:
- Stop the session the same way you started. If you used the Chargefox app to start the session, use the app to stop the session

When the session has stopped, you'll be able to remove the cable. Make sure your car is unlocked.
Common charging issues
Cable weight
For some chargers, you may need to support the weight of the cable when you stop a session.
Hold the cable in place. While you're holding it, tap 'STOP' in the Chargefox app.
Check that you have the latest Chargefox app installed
The Chargefox app is regularly updated. Make sure you have the latest version of the Chargefox app if you are having trouble charging.
The cable won't release
