Chargefox Charge Packs are a Member Program that drivers can activate via the Chargefox mobile app. This article covers how to activate your offer and view your usage.
Create an account
In order to access the pack, you must download our app and set up an account:
You must also link a payment method before you can add your charge pack. When your account is set up and you're ready to charge, a charge pack can be added.
Activate your member program
To activate your charge pack, open My profile and navigate to Member programs. From there, click Add Program. If you have any existing member programs through other offers, they will also show here.
You will then be prompted to select a member program, so please select the relevant offer. For the purposes of this demo, we will select Westpac.
Enter your member number and activate your offer
You will then be prompted to enter in your member program number and view/accept the offer terms and conditions. This is required to activate your offer.
If your member number is valid, you will get a success message. To return to your My profile menu, click Done.
Viewing your usage
When viewing Member programs via the My profile screen, you will see a usage meter that shows the amount of kWh used an how much is remaining. If your offer expires or your usage meter reaches 0% we will bill your linked payment method the next time you charge.
Deleting your charge pack
To delete your charge pack, click the Details link to the right of your offer under Member programs. Click Delete member program at the bottom of the screen.
