Chargefox Charge Packs are a benefit that drivers can activate via the Chargefox mobile app. This article covers how to activate your Charge Pack and view your usage.
Create an account
In order to access your Charge Pack, download the Chargefox app and login or create an account:
You'll need to link a payment method to your account before you can add your Charge Pack. When your account is set up and you're ready to charge, a charge pack can be added.
Activate your charge pack
To activate your charge pack, open 'My benefits' and navigate to 'Memberships'.
From there, click 'Add your membership here'. If you have any existing memberships through other offers, they will also show here and you can select '+Add'.
Please select the relevant membership organisation. For the purposes of this demo, we will select Westpac.
Enter your member number and activate your offer
You will then be prompted to enter in your member number and view/accept the offer's terms and conditions. This is required to activate your offer.
If your member number is valid, you will get a success message. To return to the 'My Profile' menu, click 'Done'.
Viewing your usage
When viewing discounts on the 'My benefit' screen, you will see a usage meter that shows the amount of kWh you've used an how much is remaining. Once your Charge Pack expires or your usage meter reaches 0%, we will bill your linked payment method the next time you charge.
Deleting your charge pack
To delete your charge pack, click on the card of your offer under Memberships. At the bottom of the Membership details select 'Delete membership'.
